Tackle made with intent
We only develop and sell saltwater tackle. No sprawling catalogue — just hooks and terminal tackle done properly. Every product starts as a real problem on the water.
Brand Story
In 2015, two bald professional anglers in the United States made a decision: stop tolerating tackle that only looked like it would hold, and build a brand that exists purely for big fish.
The Founders
Founders Manson and Leo share two things: neither has hair, and both were professional saltwater anglers. Between them they have landed a 440 lb tuna, a 620 lb shark — the kind of fish that straighten ordinary hooks and snap ordinary swivels.
Spend enough time offshore and you start doubting things. Why does a hook deform at the exact moment that matters? Why does a swivel seize during a screaming run? Why does tackle that reads well on the pack fail inside one tide?
Philosophy
We follow one principle — Nature and Technology: benefit the angler, do no harm to the environment, and keep finding better ways to build what we already make.
We only develop and sell saltwater tackle. No sprawling catalogue — just hooks and terminal tackle done properly. Every product starts as a real problem on the water.
Improve performance while reducing the load on the environment. We believe the only way to keep fishing is to keep the ocean.
Every design trade-off comes down to one question: will it hold the bigger fish? If not, we start again.
Our Creed
“Nature and technology — we try to benefit anglers without adversely affecting the environment. We are always looking for new ways to improve our existing products, in order to realize the dream of sea fishing users, and to serve sea anglers worldwide.”
Milestones
From one office in the United States to flagship stores in North America, China and Russia — BBBF has not moved fast, but every step was taken on the water.
Two professional anglers, Manson and Leo, founded BBBF on one creed: fight for big fish.
The fast-consumables positioning is set: tube-eye circles, grouper hooks, jigging J-hooks, trebles, luminous hooks, plus swivels, snaps and split rings.
Official stores open on Amazon US and Walmart, covering the US, Canada and Mexico.
Stores go live on Tmall, JD.com, Douyin and Pinduoduo.
The Ozon flagship store goes live, serving Russia and Central Asia.
Offline distribution covers Hainan, with a three-year plan to reach all 31 provinces and municipalities.
Visual Identity
The BBBF mark is built from two bald anglers standing back to back, two crossed rods, and a fish held overhead — Bald Brothers & Big Fish.
Deep-sea blue and signal red: blue is the ocean, red is the adrenaline.
Distribution, wholesale or OEM — whichever way you work with us, we start by talking about your market.
